We had a nice week in El Medano with the Canarian Competition. About 20 different staffs was at the start line on Saturday: somebody came from the other Island, somebody live in Tenerife, some professional rider like Andrea Cucchi and John Benamati and many italian friends had partecipe at this great event. Luca Orsi organized everything and competed also with us. We did three heats and it is really happened. A lot of partecipants did not have the clock so they followed the others and me that I had the clock I was wrong to take the time with the flags, because the only few second I didn’t see the boat it changed the flag…at the first heat i started too late and i arrived after the freerider competitor. The second I did better and I arrived in the fourth position and the last heat I had wrong again the start because I arrived too early at the line, I tryed to stay still but the current got me near the line and I couldn’t do nothing only wait the green flag hoping not disqualified me! So I started some second before and I fell at the second “boa” so I arrived in fifth position. Was nice to did a jibe with a lot people in the water,it’s incredible,before the first “boa” like 25 knods and turning it there was no wind, so I passed a lot guys pumping with my 6.2…

Today we meet  early but no really wind like yesterday so only the kite did the competition, two heats I think… I went out with the other guys to try my equipment, 6.7 and Isonic 111 and we had a great time to simulate the competitiones. At the final we eat “PAELLA” that the team Orsi had make for us and after the awards the games are finished!!!
